Unknown. Carlos was a promoter and often worked for the Evolution Waikiki Nightclub located on Ena Road and Kalakaua Avenue. A female acquaintance stated that he was last seen having an argument with one of the employees at the nightclub at approximately 2:00 a.m. on July 4, 2000. He has never been heard from again and his case remains unsolved. |
