A brown short-sleeved sweater, blue denim skirt, blue denim sandals.

Circumstances:

Cullins was last seen driving her red 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee at approximately 11:52 a.m. on August 2, 2003 near the 600 block of Mayland Avenue. Her mother spoke to her at 7:00 p.m. that evening, and she has not been heard from since. Her car was later located at an apartment complex near Clubhouse Drive East in Decatur, Georgia.
