Diego and his sister, Tammy Alexandra Flores (photo below), were allegedly abducted by their father, Francisco Flores (photo and information below). A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on January 18, 2008. Francisco Flores has dual Mexican/American citizenship and has relatives in Mexico City. They may still be in the local area or they may travel to Oregon or to Mexico.
