Identifying Characteristics:
He has some gray in his hair, which he usually keeps very close-cropped. He wears a thin, trimmed mustache. He has a 1" linear scar at corner of one of his eyes from a car accident. His left ear had once been pierced, but he's not worn earring in many years, and the piercing likely closed. The fingernails of Donald and his siblings described as slightly larger and presenting with greater curvature than are commonly found.

He typically wears jeans and polo shirts.
Medical:
Harrigan has a condition known as horizontal nystagmus, uncontrollable, involuntary, rapid and repetitive movement of the eyes. He has history of a fractured collar bone from a car accident.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Harrigan was last seen in Wilmington, Delaware. He has never been heard from again. His siblings reported him missing on April 23, 2005. He has been known to spend time in Lakeland, Florida, and Jacksonville, Florida. Few details are available in his case, which remains unsolved.
