Circumstances:
Hearon was last seen on Saturday, August 23, 2008 around 11:00 am. He was seen leaving his Bell Branch residence in Tallassee (Happy Valley), Tennessee on his Yamaha Wolverine 4-wheeler ATV by neighbors. His ATV was later located approximately one mile from his residence.
