Identifying Characteristics:

A tattoo of a skull with a mohawk on his upper left arm (photo below), a scar on the left side of his skull, and a piercing in his left ear. He has a front middle and next left plate in his mouth.

Circumstances:

Charles was working and back-packing across Canada and was living in Yorkshire, England at the time of his visit.  Charles was reported missing when he failed to call home to finalize arrangements to meet his mother in Hong Kong to celebrate their birthdays.  Charles' last address was Tiny Tent Town and RV Park at 3311 Lakeshore Road in Kelowna, V1W 3T1 BC CA. He was last seen alive at the Live Wire nightclub in August 1989.
