Rochelle was last seen around 11:00 a.m. on July 13, 1986 in the area of 6th Street and Washington Street in Phoenix. A San Diego, California resident, Ihm had grown up in Phoenix and had returned to visit friends. She was dropped off at the Greyhound bus station, planning to travel back to California. She has never been seen or heard from again. Foul play is suspected.
