Circumstances:
Jones was last seen in Norfolk, Virginia on September 22, 2002. She left a gathering with friends at 3:00 a.m. and was last seen driving Interstate 64 westbound from Chesapeake Boulevard. Jones never arrived to pick up her daughter from the child's father. Her car was later found parked in her assigned space in front of her apartment. Authorities found signs of a disturbance in her apartment; the door was unlocked, some items had been broken, and the cords had been pulled out of both her telephones. Foul play is suspected.
