A pink sleeveless dress, white sneakers, and white socks with poodles on them.

She may be in need of medical attention.
Circumstances:
Ivy was last seen leaving her home east of Poplar Bridge when she went to take her family's dogs for a walk. She never returned and the dogs came back without her. She has never been heard from again.
