Circumstances:
Zachary was playing basketball with two of his friends on Sunday, August 25, 2013. He left in his Chevy Beretta to get something to eat. He hasn’t been seen since. Horry County police later found his car in the woods off of Valley Forge Road near Aynor. The car was completely burned. In December of 2014 two men were charged with Malinowski's kidnapping and murder. Zachary’s body has not been found.
