Circumstances:
Damien was last seen in the Cowes area of the Isle of Wight on November 2, 1996. He went out with a friend before they went their separate ways at 10:30 p.m. He was seen on CCTV at Yorkies fish and chip shop in West Cowes at around 11:35 p.m. and last seen on the High Street CCTV just after midnight. There have been no further confirmed sightings.
