Circumstances:

Carmen was last seen in Redding, California driving a dark green Ford F-150 super cab pick-up truck. She was en route to pick up her grandchildren from her son's home but never arrived. Her vehicle was later located abandoned in the vicinity of Interstate 5 near Gillman Road.
