Circumstances:
Charlie called his mother on Friday February 4, 2000 and said he would call back the next day, but never called. On February 6, 2000 Charlie's mother got a call from a friend of Charlie's who indicated that he had dropped Charlie off with all his belongings at the first rest stop on I-75 at the Tennessee/Georgia border. He is missing under suspicious circumstances.
