Circumstances of Disappearance: |
 Unknown. Hailey was
last seen at a party at University Square Apartments in Newport News, Virginia with her date, Richard Keith Call (photo at right) at 1:30 a.m. on April 10, 1988. Call's car, a red 1982 Toyota Celica, was found at the York River Overlook on the Colonial Parkway in Yorktown, Virginia at 7:00 a.m. that morning. Their clothing was found inside the car as well as the car keys, a watch, and eyeglasses. Hailey's purse and Call's wallet were missing. There was no sign of either Hailey or Call. Authorities have long suspected that a serial killer was in that region in the mid to late 1980s. Foul play is suspected and their cases remain unsolved. |
