Circumstances of Disappearance: |
Unknown. Charles was last seen on his 24th birthday in the vicinity of the 1000 block of Atlantic Boulevard in Atlantic Beach, Florida. He has never been seen again. His black 1992 Jeep Cherokee was located a year later in in April 1994 at an airport parking garage in the vicinity of the 2200 block of East Imperial Highway in El Segundo, California. His case remains unsolved. |
