Scar on right knee, chipped upper front tooth, previously fractured left foot.

Long sleeve striped shirt, blue jeans, brown or black work boots, carrying a black digital watch face in pocket.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Monroe lived in a barn that had been converted into an apartment in the 20200 block of Edgewood Farm in Loudoun County, Virginia. On May 8, 2005, the barn burned down, and bones were found that were initially believed to be Monroe's but were later determined to be those of Monroe's three dogs. Monroe lived a minimalist lifestyle and didn't have a driver's license, bank account, credit cards, or cell phone. The last time anyone heard from Monroe was the night before the fire, at about 9:00 p.m. His case remains unsolved.
