Unknown. Charlotte was last seen in Rochester, New York on October 30, 1981. Charlotte was a few months away from getting her Ph.D. at the University of Rochester, School of Medicine at the time of her disappearance. Charlotte had expressed concern about her safety because of a man she was afraid of. On the day Charlotte was last seen, a man was reported to have come looking for her. Charlotte stated that she would be going to her home, though she was afraid that the man may be there. That was the last time anyone ever saw her. Authorities would not take a missing persons report at the time she disappeared. |
