 Isabella's photo is shown age-progressed to 9 years. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Lisa Ann Miller (photo at right). In November 2009 a Vermont court ordered that Miller must transfer custody of Isabella over to Janet Jenkins, Miller’s former partner, in January 2010. An arrest warrant for kidnapping was issued for Miller in 2010. Isabella and Lisa Miller's last known address was in Forest, Virginia. They may be in Nicaragua or in El Salvador. Lisa Miller is 5'2, 160 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes, and her birthdate is September 6, 1968. She may use the first name Sarah. |
