Unknown. John was last seen walking in the vicinity of the 3900 block of Adams Street. He was at his girlfriend's house when he and another person there had a brief argument. He announced he was taking a stroll to get some fresh air and didn't return. Taylor, who lived with his parents in the 3900 block of Adams Street, walked a regular route between Glen park to the Dorie Miller housing projects along Broadway and 21st Avenue, where his girlfriend lived. During one of those treks he was shot from behind on 21st Avenue near Martin Luther King Drive. He underwent surgery and has developed medical problems since. Police suspect foul play. |
