 Justin and his brother, Moises (pictured
at right), were last seen on February 19, 2005 in San
Francisco, California but they normally reside in Irvine,
California. The photos of the boys at an older age were taken in 2009, after the children went
missing. They are believed to be concealed in Mexico by their grandparents, Arnulfo and Maria Romero. Both boys are American citizens. |
