   Unknown. Kelly and her sister, Kimberly (photo near right) were allegedly abducted by their mother, Elaine Carolyn Yates (photos far right).
Kelly's photo above is shown age-progressed to 24 years. The abductor's photo at far right is shown age-progressed to 60
years. A felony warrant for Child Snatching was issued for the
abductor on November 16, 1988. Elaine Yates has blondish-brown hair
and may be wearing eyeglasses or contact lenses. She is 5'0" and weighed 107 pounds at the time she disappeared. Her birthdate is September 26, 1947. The whereabouts of Kelly and her sister, Kimberly, are unknown and their case remains unsolved. |
