Circumstances of Disappearance: |
   Keoni and his brothers Lance and Mason (pictured at right) were allegedly abducted by their mother, Francina Dacanay Fernandez (photo far right), on November 8, 2004 and taken to Manila in the Philippines. A federal warrant for International Parental Kidnapping was issued for Francina on February 4, 2005. It is believed that they are still in the Philippines. Their father was awarded full custody of the children after their abduction, and their case remains unsolved. |
