Unknown. Kevin's photo is shown age-progressed to 39 years. He was last seen at approximately 6:40 p.m. waiting for a bus at the corner of Oak and Masonic Streets in San Francisco, California, after basketball practice. He was witnessed talking to a tall, blonde man with a black dog at the bus stop. It is possible that Collins may have been abducted by two White males driving a four-door, royal blue 1967 Ford Galaxy. He has never been heard from again. |
