Unknown. On September 30, 2000, Thomas attended a birthday party held in her honor in San Francisco, California. She was supposed to pick up her 4-year old daughter afterward. She left for Hayward about 8:00 p.m. and stopped to get cash from the ATM machine a few blocks away from her residence. Her apartment manager saw her doing laundry at about 10:00 pm. Latoya was last seen leaving her residence in the vicinity of the 1700 block of B Street in Hayward, California. She never picked up her daughter. She has not reported to work or contacted family since. Her car was later found abandoned; her purse was in the front seat of the car. Foul play is suspected, and her case remains unsolved. |
