Circumstances of Disappearance: |
   Lukas'
photos are shown age-progressed to three years and seven years, respectively. He was allegedly abducted
by his mother, Jeidy Aictza Rubiano (pictured in photos at right) in Oakland, California on April 21, 2012. Rubiano had custody of Pokorny at the time of his abduction, and Pokorny's father had visitation several days a week. The couple never married. After the baby was kidnapped, his father was able to get full custody of him because Rubiano had violated the visitation agreement. Rubiano and Pokorny may be in Mexico; Rubiano is a Mexican citizen; a felony warrant is on file for her. She may be known as Jeidi or Heidi Vielma. She was born on July 8, 1977 and is 5'4" and 110 pounds. She has brown hair, possibly dyed red, her eyes are brown and she is a Hispanic female. She has a scar under her chin, a starfish tattoo around her ankle, and a tattoo of a sun and moon character on the back of her shoulder. Their whereabouts are unknown and Pokorny's case remains unsolved. |
