Unknown. Maria advertised at a radio station for a babysitting job on-air at a radio station in her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona. An unidentified man responded to the ad and picked her up at her house at 10 a.m. the next day. Martinez called her parents a short time later and asked them to give her a ride back home, but the phone line was disconnected before she could provide the man's address. She has not been seen since and the man has never been identified. |
