Identifying Characteristics:
Tattoos: A black panther on upper right thigh, a rose with the word "Mom" on upper arm, the names "Richard Jr.", "Anthony", and "Nathan" on left calf, the name "Kevin Finegan" on right hand, three cesarean section scars on abdomen, pierced ears, double hernia at birth.   Glasses with wire frames (did not wear often).
Clothing/Jewelry:
A silver heart-shaped locket with "I love you" engraved on the outside and a lock of hair on the inside.
Medical:
She was depressed at the time she disappeared.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Steven BishopUnknown. Stacy was last seen between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at a family member's residence in the vicinity of Gilbert Road and Elliot Road in Gilbert, Arizona. She left the home with her boyfriend, Steven B. Bishop (photo at right). The couple made some transactions at an ATM and a dollar store in the area. Aragon has never been heard from again. One of her vehicles is missing and is described as a green 1990's model pickup truck with faded green paint. Her other vehicle, described as a burgundy Subaru, was later located abandoned in the remote desert area west of Lake Pleasant with some of her personal belongings inside. Aragon had two warrants out for her arrest at the time of her disappearance, and Biship also had warrants outstanding. Aragon was in the process of a divorce and custody battle when she disappeared, and did not have a permanent residence. She had three young children, one of whom was killed in a traffic accident four months before her disappearance. Investigators describe her disappearance as suspicious and her case remains unsolved.
