Circumstances of Disappearance: |
  Tammy and her brother, Diego (photo near right), were allegedly abducted by their father, Francisco Flores (photo far right). Tammy's photo above is shown age-progressed to six years. A
felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on January
18, 2008. Francisco Flores has dual Mexican/American citizenship and has relatives in Mexico City. They may still be in the local area or they may travel to
Oregon or to Mexico. Francisco's date of birth is April 23, 1974. He has a mole on each cheek and under his nose. He is 6'0" tall and weighs 210 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes, and is Hispanic. The whereabouts of the children are unknown and their case remains unsolved. |
