He wears glasses, but did not have them with him. |

Circumstances of Disappearance: |
Unknown. Troy was last seen
between 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. in the vicinity of the 27700 block of
Center Drive in Mission Viejo, California. He went missing from his care facility after he opened what was supposed to be a locked door sometime during the night of June 5 and wandered off. He was discovered missing about 6:30 a.m. Administrators of the facility, the Paragon Gardens Memory Care unit in Mission Viejo, initially told police Troy had been gone only one hour, they later learned he may have left as early as midnight. His case remains unsolved. |
