Identifying Characteristics:
Wears glasses with plastic frames.  Small mole above upper left corner of mouth, surgical scar on hip from replacement.
Clothing/Jewelry:
Fading black/dark gray cotton pants, large sun-hat with strap under chin, white long-sleeve shirt embroidered with small red roses. May have been wearing a white plaid skirt.
Medical:
Cotton suffers from short-term memory loss due to an acquired brain injury from an illness in 1986.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Victoria, also known as Vicky, was last seen in the morning hours leaving her residence on foot in the vicinity of the 7400 block of San Carpino Avenue in Goleta, California. She may have been en route via bus to the Farmer's Market in Santa Barbara, California. She was carrying very little money with her at the time. Cotton has a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's degree in mechanical engineering. She has not been able to work since her illness in 1986. Her case remains unsolved.
