Identifying Characteristics:
Woolheater has facial scars from an automobile accident and also has a healed fracture of his right ankle. He also has a scar on his left middle finger and has previously fractured his nose. He wears eyeglasses.

Turquoise men’s ring. 
Medical:
Woolheater is manic-depressive and requires medication.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Woolheater left his Albany, New York home on February 26, 1981. He told his mother he was taking a bus to New Orleans for the annual Mardi Gras celebration and to look for a job as a cook. Although relatives received a phone call from Woolheater saying he arrived in New Orleans, it is unknown if he actually arrived.   Woolheater has never been seen or heard from again. His case remains unsolved.
