Identifying Characteristics:
A surgical scar on the left side of her face, extending from her forehead to her nose. A tattoo of three hearts with her children's names on her right arm, and a tattoo of a unicorn on her left shoulder. Her ears are pierced, and her nose was previously pierced. Her nails had been professionally done the day she disappeared.
Clothing/Jewelry:
A black jacket, pink pajama pants with Eeyore printed on them, a white t-shirt, and white tennis shoes. She was wearing an engagement ring and a matching necklace (photos below). She was carrying her cell phone.
Circumstances:
Kathy was last seen asleep on the sofa at 10:30 p.m. on February 11, 2012. When her daughter woke up the next morning Kathy was gone, along with her keys, cell phone, and cigarettes. Her ID, ATM card, wallet, and all other possessions were left behind.
