Circumstances:
Lynn was last seen at her residence on Regent Street in Berkeley, California. She left her residence to meet a man at a restaurant on Telegraph Avenue. An unidentified waitress indicated that a woman matching Lynn's description came to the restaurant at 10:15 a.m. Although the restaurant was closed, the waitress let her sit at a table to wait for someone. No one saw her leave the restaurant. Law enforcement found Lynn's locked bicycle near the restaurant.
