Circumstances:
April was last known to be in the St. Cloud area and possibly hitch-hiking back to her home in Milaca. She was accompanied by a 15-year old Roseanna Marie Forcum (photo below), who is also missing. They have never been seen or heard from again. Foul play is suspected.
