Circumstances:
Jose was last seen at approximately 1:30 a.m. at a friend's residence in the vicinity of Moore Road and Dove Street in Alamo, Texas. In July of 2006 his 1994 Chevy Corsica was found abandoned off of Val Verde and Business 83 in Pharr, Texas, the city where he lived at the time of his disappearance. There was no sign of him at the scene.
