Circumstances:
Randa spoke to a family member on the phone at approximately 11:30 p.m. on February 10, 2009 and indicated she was going to bed. When she did not answer the phone the following morning, a family member checked her residence in the vicinity of West Shiawassee Avenue, approximately a 1/4 mile east of US-23. Clothes were still laid out untouched, her bed did not appear slept in, and her personal belongings did not appear to be missing. She has not been seen since.
