Spencer was last heard from by friends and family members on June 30, 2008 around 6:30 p.m. His truck, with the keys, his wallet and credit cards was located in an orchard field in Thermal, California on July 1, 2008 by Riverside County Sheriff's Deputies. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are suspicious and foul play is possible.
