Identifying Characteristics:
He has scars on his chin, nose, and left wrist. He had a short beard when he disappeared. He has tattoos on his back, left hand, left arm, the left side of his chest, his right calf and his right forearm and a tattoo of a spiderweb on his neck. Two front teeth are missing (capped).
Circumstances:
Medina was last seen when he picked up his truck, a 2003 gray Dodge Ram pickup with California license plate #68434J1 (photo below) at a tow yard in Mission Viejo. He said he was going to go to Bend, Oregon but he never arrived and has never been heard from again. His truck has never been found. Medina was a transient prior to his disappearance and was known to frequent areas in Newport Beach, San Clemente, and Lake Forest.
