Circumstances:

Jesus was allegedly abducted by his father, Jesus Merino-Leyva (photo and information below). A felony warrant was issued for Leyva on July 31, 2007.  Investigators believe Leyva poses an immediate threat to the child's safety. At the time Jesus was taken, Leyva violated an existing restraining order. CAUTION IS ADVISED.
