Identifying Characteristics:

His hair is graying. He has a metal in in one of his ankles, a tattoo of a star on one ear and of an anchor on the other ear. He has his military ID number tattooed on his right calf. Other tattoos are on his left forearm and right bicep. He wears glasses but did not have them with him.

Clothing/Jewelry:

Dark blue sweat suit, dark colored slippers and possibly a white T-shirt.  He wears an Alzheimer's Medical Alert silver bracelet worn on his left wrist.

Medical:

Troy suffers from Alzheimer's.

Circumstances:

Troy was last seen between 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. in the vicinity of the 27700 block of Center Drive in Mission Viejo, California. He went missing from his care facility after he opened what was supposed to be a locked door sometime during the night of June 5 and wandered off. He was discovered missing about 6:30 a.m.
