Possibly a blue hoodie, jeans, a baseball cap and tennis shoes.
Circumstances:
Someone fitting Jacob's description was seen walking away from his truck after hitting the inner guardrail on Highway 285 near Indian Hills, Colorado. His cell phone was left in the vehicle. The accident happened around 7:45 a.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019. No one has heard from Jacob since before the accident. At the time he disappeared he was living in his truck.
