Circumstances:

Martin was last seen on January 23, 2003 leaving a strip mall in the 1200 block of South Glendale Avenue in Glendale. On January 31, his white 2001 Range Rover was found near Andover Drive and Glenoaks Boulevard in Burbank. Foul play is suspected.
