	Clothing/Jewelry:	She was last seen wearing glasses, a long-sleeved top, a blue-jean jacket, denim jeans and black zip-up boots.
	Medical:	Smith is a diabetic who is dependent on insulin.
	Circumstances of Disappearance:	Unknown. Smith was last seen in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on December 6, 2007. Her husband told authorities that she had gone Christmas shopping at 1:30 p.m. that day. The morning after she disappeared, Murfreesboro police found her Lincoln sports utility vehicle in a Wal-Mart parking lot on Rutherford Boulevard in Murfreesboro. Smith was not inside the vehicle and there was no sign of her at the scene. A surveillance camera took footage of a man getting out of the driver's seat of the vehicle at 2:30 p.m. on the day that Smith disappeared; remove a bright green girl's or woman's bike from the back, and ride away. Her case remains unsolved, and foul play is suspected.
