Circumstances:

Heather was sunbathing on Newburgh Beach on the Ohio River in Spottsville, Kentucky on August 26, 1995. An eyewitness from across the river watched through a telescope as a man wearing a wig and a mosquito net dragged Teague into the woods. She has not been seen since.
