Circumstances:
Tracey was last seen at 3:00 p.m. on March 6, 2005 at her home in Rosedale, Maryland. She was supposed to attend a concert in Washington, DC that evening but never arrived at the show and has not been seen again. Her car was located on March 17, 2005 in the parking lot of a Days Inn in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Tracey's husband was later tried and found guilty of her death. Her body has never been found.
