Circumstances of Disappearance:
Charlie called his mother on Friday February 4, 2000 and said he would call back the next day, but never did. On February 6, 2000 Charlie's mother got a call from a friend of Charlie's who told her that Charlie's roommate had said that he had harmed Charlie, and dropped him off with all his belongings at the first rest area at the Tennessee/Georgia border in the middle of the night. He is missing under suspicious circumstances.
