Identifying Characteristics:

Her hair was dyed dark brown. She may wear glasses. She has three black dots tattooed on her left hand and several scars underneath her left pinky finger, on her left hand, and on or near her left wrist. She has freckles and dimples on her cheeks, her nose is pierced, and her ears are double-pierced.

Clothing/Jewelry:

A white t-shirt, a navy blue jacket with gray lining, flared jeans, white sneakers, a gold sapphire ring, a silver chain ring, gold hoop earrings and a gold necklace with a Jesus pendant.

Circumstances:

April was last seen leaving an apartment complex in the 500 block of Marion Road in Wichita, Kansas on January 11, 2000. A friend told authorities that she saw April heading towards Pawnee Street and Broadway Street between 10:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Investigators believe that she may have had her pager, apartment keys and wallet with her. She has never been heard from again.
